Described by HMRC investigators as the tax fraud of the century, the fraud empire of One Formula Projects LLP has received considerable public interest. According to new details, Greater Manchester-based fraud investigators Ravenstone UK have been identified as central to the exposure of the fraudulent knife crime campaign operated by One Formula Projects LLP. After featuring on BBC One documentary series Rod Bond: Tax Fraud and HMRC, a cinematic remake is set for release in December of this year. Entitled ‘The Tax Fraud of The Century,’ the movie is set to shed greater light on the role played by independent fraud investigations firm Ravenstone UK.
Ravenstone UK Fraud Investigations
Founded in 1991 and based in Sale, Greater Manchester, Ravenstone UK grew into the UK’s largest independent claims consultants. Utilising cutting edge technology, specialist software and deploying a team of Home Office trained investigators, Ravenstone UK’s operations soon expanded. As the company’s profile remains largely unknown, the role it played in the One Formula Projects LLP tax fraud investigation remains mired in mystery. This mystery is further compounded by the fact that there had been no mention of the investigation company on the BBC One documentary series Roderick Bond: Tax Fraud and HMRC.
Manchester F1 Productions: Television Documentary and Movie Remake
According to the Manchester filming company behind the BBC One documentary and the movie remake, F1 Productions, the decision to keep Ravenstone UK in the background was intentional. “During the course of filming for the documentary, Roderick Bond identified an angle for a potential movie. An editorial decision was made to keep Ravenstone UK’s involvement in the investigation off screen. I guess you’ll just have to watch the movie to find out,” a source from F1 Productions was cited as saying.
